Developmental Theories

Understanding child development is an important part of child life. Development is one of the foundations of child life. Its how you'll understand the children you work with, it's on the exam, and you can be asked about it during any kind of interview. It's also one of the scariest parts of interviewing for me. I'm always scared of being asked about a theory that I've never heard of or being asked something detailed about a theory. Most coursework you do should cover a lot of the theories that you'll need to know.
